About the presenter:
Leslie Fiorenzo is Director of Employee Assistance Center (EAC) and has over 25 years experience as a human resources professional working in the automotive, distribution, and packaging industries. Leslie taught human resources, business and marketing courses as an adjunct faculty at Davenport University and was an independent consultant with Business Network International (BNI) presenting to hundreds of sales professionals and small business owners on how to get the most from their membership. In April of 2014 Leslie and EAC partnered with Anna Maravelas and her company Thera Rising and became certified to use their conflict resolution model. She is a frequent speaker on the topics of conflict resolution, stress mastery and change management. Leslie earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from West Michigan University. She is the author of Twenty-One Lessons for Mastering the Difficult Conversation.
